Well the track is looking better. Not finished, but hopefully by next week it will be done. So, no on track practices, but I know a parking lot and a few good hills in the area we can work on. Let’s go Bulldogs.

Congrats to all who ran at Nationals (Adidas or Nike). Mohamed walked away with a PR in triple jump and 4th in the nation at Nike, Cooper high jumped and place 7th in the nation and long jumped. Evan ran the 400 hurdles at Adidas and all competed and represented Bearden Track and Field to the nation. Thank you for being a Bulldawg.

Athletes and Parents, thank you for your support, dedication and competitiveness this track and field Season. We had a great successful season and I cannot wait to see what comes next this Summer in track and field, in the Fall for cross country and onto winter with indoor season. Let’s get some lifting strength, plyometric quickness, and the drive to do our best every meet. Again, Thank you for the great season

Parents, Tomorrow is the day to put it all on the line and bust out your best. Athletes should all know what time to be at Hardin Valley, if not message me. We are looking good on the heat sheets and looking for PR’s. Tonight let the kids dream about technique, strategy, and doing their best. We can strive for our best to get us far and what we want. Let’s compete like Bulldawgs and do our best to get to State. Go Dawgs!!!!
