Our Kid Zone members can visit any of our clubs on Monday, 10/28 from 4p - 7p dressed in their Halloween costumes to enjoy crafts, candy, and fun! Just another awesome perk of being members of NFC.

*must be current NFC Kid Zone member to participate. See club for details.

NFC CARES - If you have been displaced from your home due to evacuation or are without power due to the devastating challenges of Hurricane Helene, we welcome you to National Fitness Center. Whether you need to see the smiling face of a team member, need a shower, or need to use the facility for a day, we are here for you.

Our state and much of our community has been affected by the devastation from Hurricane Helene. Each of our locations are host facilities for Hurricane Helene survivor donations. If you are able to donate any supplies, please drop them off at one of our 7 East TN locations.

Items needed are:
- water
- food
- flashlights
- batteries
- radios
- first aid kits
- spray paint
- blankets/clothing/towels
- various cell phone chargers
- toiletries

For more information on how to donate or to help, please contact [email protected] and we will respond as soon as possible.

*All non-member guests are required to sign a waiver.
