Happy !!! Let’s hear from Adelaide Doss (PC ‘24) about her experience this summer studying abroad in Paris, France!
“Hi!! I’m Adelaide, a junior Finance major and member of PC ’24! This summer, I had the incredible opportunity to study abroad in Paris, France, through an Architectures of Fashion course.
Class time was spent exploring department stores, couture houses, museums, covered galleries, and boutiques throughout Paris, learning how fashion, architecture, and visual merchandising shape the customer experience. Living and learning in one of the fashion capitals of the world gave me a whole new perspective on business, creativity, and culture.
Outside of class, I spent my time exploring all that Paris has to offer and was even lucky enough to travel throughout the South of France, Spain, and Italy. This experience pushed me outside my comfort zone, introduced me to unforgettable people and places, and gave me memories and relationships I’ll cherish forever!”
