Ms. Courtney's Art Studio for Kids - Knoxville Weekly Art Classes for K-8th grade children. Ephesians 2:10

It is my hope that participating in Art Classes and exploring the creative process, that children will learn about their own uniqueness, explore their own creativity, and hopefully, even if it is just a mustard seed amount, that they realize that God loves them so much that he created them as beautiful unique, masterpieces themselves!!! "For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them."

I don’t know about you, but I feel like that was the quickest summer break! That’s ok because I’m ready to see old Artist friends and make new ones! Classes start next week! I only have 2 more spaces left in the 7th/8th grade class. PM if you would like to register. All other classes are currently FULL.

I recently had the opportunity to visit the Frist Art Museum in Nashville for the Impressionist Revolution Monet to Matisse exhibit and it was truly surreal seeing masterpieces from artists I love teaching about. From Monet, Manet, Renoir, Cezanne, Matisse, Degas, Van Gogh, the exhibit was spectacular! I also enjoyed pieces from artists inspired by the Impressionists like Mondrian and Munch. If you can go, you absolutely should! There's nothing like experiencing art in person. The exhibit runs through May in Nashville.
