Last weekend, our chapter attended Lambda Phi Epsilon’s National Convention at Las Vegas. It was an incredible experience filled with valuable lessons and unforgettable memories that we can bring back to our chapter and personal lives.
We connected with brothers from chapters across the nation, learning new ways to run our chapter and improve ourselves. Additionally, we had the chance to reconvene with our alumni, creating new memories and strengthening our bonds.
A special shoutout to our Charter PD and his chapter on achieving Letter Status, Beta Eta!
We would like to give congratulations as well as to the Beta Theta Chapter
Thank you for hosting this event!

Crossing Semester: Spring 2024
Dailo: Jeloux “Pasipō” Enriquez
Major: Business Analytics
Ethnicity: Chinese
Why Did You Join LPhiE:
Ever since transferring from a private university to a public institution, I knew I wanted to join a fraternity. I craved the brotherhood, the people, the experience that came with joining a Greek lettered organization. LPhiE piqued my interest the most not only because they were such an intimate, tight knit group of brothers, but because they were the only Asian interest fraternity in the state of Tennessee. In the past, it was difficult for me to connect with my culture and heritage since I was always the minority at my school. As a result, I wanted to surround myself with people who could empathize with my experience while also helping me grow as an individual.
Does milk belong in scrambled eggs:
Absolutely not. If you think milk makes scrambled eggs creamy…I hate to be the bearer of bad news but it does not. It dilutes the eggs while also making the mixture watery. If you want creamy scrambled eggs, just add butter/cream or DON’T OVERCOOK YOUR EGGS. Almost everyone I meet that puts milk in scrambled eggs also likes their eggs rubbery and overcooked. I said what I said.
Words from Big:
“Congratulations on crossing, lil bro. Out of any of the brothers in the chapter, I can genuinely confidently say you embody the essence of authenticity, confidence, hard work, servant leadership, and everything that it means to be a brother of Lambda Phi Epsilon. I’m proud of you and can’t wait to see everything that you do for the fraternity and your own personal and professional life. Not only that, you’re the certified new chapter Meat Head, and everyone is just a side character on your journey. Welcome to the fraternity and welcome to Ōlympus.”
