Question I get asked alot...
What's a life coach? Well....
You know that one best friend you have? The one who genuinely only cares about your well-being, happiness, and success? That friend who never judges you but doesn't hesitate to tell you when you need to make a change or if they see a better way you could be handling your situation? Even know they might not agree with you, they never tell you what to do and always support you because they know your life is yours. That friend who strengthens you during your downfalls and motivates you when you don't want to do anything? That friend who puts time and effort into your life to help you anyway they can so you can reach your goals. The support system, emergency phone calls, cry on my shoulder, learn together, laugh together, grow together, excited when your excited, happy when your happy kinda friend.
Add some years of education and experience and you have a life coach.
Some people never find that friend, some people spend their days surrounded by negativity. That's where I come in!

Hello!!! I Just wanted to take some time to share with you a little about myself.
I am currently one year away from obtaining my Psychology Doctorate at University of Arizona Global Campus. I have studied Psychology for just over 9 years with specializations in childhood development, behavior studies, trauma informed care, family function and relationships, mental health, addiction recovery, criminology and justice studies.
In my years of education and experience I have worked with very diverse individuals facing many different obstacles. Working hard and committing myself to supporting their success has shown me that for so many people it was just about having that right person on your team. That one person who is always rooting you on but never telling you how to live your life, completely free of judgement and personal bias. That is what they needed, someone to hear them, someone who cares and someone who never gave up on them. I knew I was meant to be that someone and that I could do it for anyone who needed me. Seeing others succeed has become my greatest passion. That is why I decided to take my next step forward and start FamilySurge Individual and Family Coaching.
