Another project from my KnoxFill | Knoxville’s Zero Waste Refillery craft swap haul! These vinyl wall covering samples make beautiful journal covers!

I have a fun offering in the works that involves some of the 200+ samples I picked up yesterday, so stay tuned!

Well, that was fun!
I stopped by KnoxFill | Knoxville’s Zero Waste Refillery yesterday for their craft swap and spent almost an hour digging through their upholstery and wallpaper samples. I got to chatting with Alicia - Sustainable Sewing & Workshops about the upholstery samples and it sparked an idea. That idea snowball into another idea and 10 feverish crafting hours later I have a fun, functional, and fabulous thing!
Made from upholstery samples, thrifted bed sheets, grommets from my stash, and a cardboard box.

I made some ephemera clusters! It never ceases to amaze me the things that can be made from “trash.”
The paper clips on the back make it easy to add these to your journals, use them as a bookmark, or use them to add even more fun stuff to your journals!
