July came and went just like that! Everyone's been working hard on the mats, battling through this heat wave and more. Consistency is key in grappling so keep up the great work! It was a busy month and now getting ready for back to school prep. Our gents did great at the Fuji comp, glad to see this tournament grow. Got some great experience, tools to add, and some hardware to hang on the wall! Over 1100 competitors on the day, it was hard to find parking. We are proud of all the hard work in prep and they left it all on the mats! Big shoutout to the coaching crew, it takes a team to keep us learning and growing ♥ Thank you!!! Oss 🥋

Prepped and ready to leave it all on the mats tomorrow! Thank you to everyone that helped coach, drill, spar and share ideas with them. We are proud of them for working hard, building more knowledge and skillset along their journey! Fight hard tomorrow!

Another hard week of training in the books! Last 2 weeks to go, then we leave it all in the mats at the upcoming tournament!

Alot of hard training and growth happens every week, these guys put the work in and make coaching fun! We had to say good bye this past week to some solid grapplers and family members. The team has been having loads of fun on the mats this week. Solid training and sparring sessions, and we celebrated Markus Burns bday with a 14 min shark tank! Hard fought rounds while sharpening iron, forging us to become better each day. If you want to see what Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is all about come check us out. No experience required!
