Letter Ee Week and Queen Esther

We had all the fun learning the letter Ee. We made letter e eggs 🍳 and elephants 🐘 ! We wrote, found, and sounded out the letter Ee. We even had our Egg Drop where most eggs🥚 survived. We only had a few tragedies! 🫟

We celebrated two birthday’s in our Prek classes! 🥳🎉🥳🎉

We learned about Queen Esther 👑and how God made her brave 💪🏻. We can be brave like Queen Esther and ask God to calm our hearts 💕.

Letter Dd Week and Balaam and the Talking Donkey

We made letter Dd donuts 🍩 and learned what sound 👂the letter makes, learned to ✍️ the letter Dd and we found 🔎lots of letter D’s. We brought in dinosaurs and ate donuts! We even had a dinosaur 🦕 dig on Friday!

Our Bible story was Balaam and the talking donkey. 🫏 We had all the fun acting out our Bible Story and learning that we should listen to God and worship him daily with our actions and words.

We had SO much fun this week which means lots of pictures to enjoy! 🍎

Letter Cc Week and Moses!

We made Clouds ☁️, cookies 🍪, and caterpillars 🐛! We wrote the letter Cc ✏️, found the letter Cc 🕵️‍♀️, and learned what sounds it makes 👂. We got our pictures taken 📸 , had Career Day and even had stray Cat 🐈 visit us a few days outside this week!

We had our first chapel ⛪️ and story times with Pastor Ed this week.

Our Bible Story was about Moses as a baby 👶🏻 and the 🔟 commandments! God gave us rules so we know how to best love Him and rules on how to treat people so we can be good disciples!

We celebrated a birthday 🎉 in our PreK PM class and ended the week playing a new silly 🤪 game and snacking on cookies! 🍪

Letter Bb Week and Bible Review

We made bears 🐻 and worked hard finding the letter Bb, writing the letter Bb, and we wore our boots 🥾 to class! We danced with bubbles and learned a new Ball 🏀 game!

We celebrated birthday in the Prek Am class! 🥳

We reviewed our Bible Stories of creation 🌎, Adam and Eve 🍎, and Noah’s Ark 🌈.

Next week is full of new exciting things! Stay tuned!

Letter Aa and Noah’s Ark!

We learned all about the letter Aa 🍎 last week! What sounds it makes, that it’s a vowel, we learned how to write the letter Aa and find the letter Aa. We made alligators 🐊 and ants 🐜! We also worked super hard on writing ✍️ our names and cutting with scissors. ✂️

Our Bible story was Noah’s Ark! We talked about working hard to follow God’s calling and knowing that God will take care of us! God gifted us a rainbow 🌈 to always remind us of his promise to never flood the earth 🌍 again!

We dressed up as our favorite animal and brought in our favorite stuffed animals! 🧸 we also celebrated our first birthday this year! 🥳

Week 3️⃣!

We wrapped up our unit on colors 🌈, shapes 🔷, and numbers 1-20 🔢! We made oval chickens 🐓, and octagon octopus 🐙 spotted with circles 🟢, traced lots of shapes, practiced writing our names, and reviewed all our shapes by making a shape pizza! 🍕

We learned the Bible Story of Adam and Eve and the sneaky snake!🐍 We learned that if we disobey, that God may be sad ☹️ but he will love us no matter what, as we ask for forgiveness! ❤️

Week 2!

We had our first full week of school and had a blast! We learned many shapes and colors. 💜🤍🩷 🛑🔷🔺We’ve also started working on number recognition, 1-10!

We finished up our Creation Story ☀️ and have worked really hard on learning to pray! 🙏🏻

🍎First Day of school🍎and a wild week 1! ☔️

We started off with our Bible Story about Creation! We learned that God created light 💡 and the sun ☀️ and moon 🌖. God created the sky 🌌 and the 🌊 and all the creatures/animals to roam the earth! We also learned that Jesus was with God from the VERY beginning! 🫶🏻

We made keepsake handprints in our Prek classes and the 3’s drew a picture to remember their first day of school! We reviewed and learned colors, reviewed and learned shapes, read books, and sang songs. We got lots of playtime outside and inside so we could get comfortable with our new friends! 🩷

Then the rains came! ☔️ so we improvised and did our school work from home! 🏠 we read more books📕 , sang more songs 🎶 , and even hunted down some shapes 🔺 and colors 💚 at home!

Next week, I pray is a FULL week with lots of fun and learning! 🤓

Happy E-Learning Day PreK Classes! 🤓

Miss Kay would like for students to watch a video on our Bible Story, Creation. ☀️🌚Then you can listen, sing, and dance to a few songs she has listed.

You’ll then watch/listen/sing along to the book “Pete the Cat: I love my white shoes” for color review and then play a fun game with Mr Jack Hartman to review some shapes we were supposed to learn this week!

Your child will receive a surprise 🥳 next week if they can find either a 🔺, 🔵, 🟩, and send it to Miss Elizabeth!

Have fun and once again, stay safe! ☔️ If anyone needs any help or assistance due to flooding, please reach out.
