It’s in showing up on time for a friend.
It’s in volunteering at church, or sending that encouraging text when someone is weary.

Leadership shows up in the small things too.

Because influence is less about being seen and more about how you serve.

Leadership isn’t just about what you build—it’s also about how you respond.

Even the strongest leaders have moments when emotions flare up. Maybe you’ve acted out of character, spoken too quickly, or carried irritation longer than you should. The truth is: the enemy will often attack your emotions because he knows your purpose is powerful.

But here’s the good news: God has already equipped you with the tools to rise above—prayer, praise, worship, and His Word. “The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me” (Psalm 28:7).

Leadership tip for women of purpose: Don’t let a moment of weakness define you. Recognize the attack, respond with God’s weapons, and keep moving forward in grace and strength.
You are not just leading projects—you’re leading people, including yourself. Guard your peace, protect your joy, and model what it means to rise, reset, and keep building. ✨
