Come and see us for your free 2-week trial period. Over 50 years of combined teaching experience from our coaches. No branded uniform requirements. Great friendly atmosphere.

Big congratulations to Alonzo at the Newbreed BJJ tournament! He went 3&1 with 3 submissions via triangle choke, baseball bat choke and straight ankle lock(he put the opponent to sleep with the baseball bat choke!). He got silver in no-gi and gold in gi. Keep up the great work!

Tap Out Cancer tournament is coming in September for any students thinking of competing. It’s a free entry as long as you raise enough money for cancer research… see the coaches if you want more details).

Great night of Judo yesterday for Adults and Kids alike...

Since we had such a great turn out, we are adding an extra day of Judo for anybody that is interested. Free two week trial. After that we offer drop in fees and reasonable monthly fees.

Judo is now available in Knightdale, on Sundays from 230pm-330pm. Judo is also available Tuesday nights from 6pm-7pm followed by Adult BJJ class from 7pm-8pm.
