📚 KU STUDENTS + FAMILIES: SCHEDULE UPDATE

Class schedules for the 2026/2027 school year will be available in StudentVUE and ParentVUE by the end of the day Wednesday, September 2nd.

📄 Want a paper copy?
Stop by the Counseling Office on Thursday, September 3rd from 9am–3pm.
Closed from 12–1pm for lunch.

🗓️ Need to meet with a counselor?
A limited number of appointments will be available Thursday on a first come, first serve basis. Sign up in person outside the Counseling Office.

Complete the Schedule Change Request form here:

Paper forms will also be available outside the Counseling Office.

IMPORTANT: Any schedules previously visible in StudentVUE/ParentVUE were not accurate. Please wait until your updated schedule is available on September 2nd before submitting a change request.

Schedule changes are not guaranteed, and counselors will work through requests in the order they are received.

We are excited to host the Women’s Adventure Film Series at the Klamath Union Theater!

Come watch stories of incredible women who challenge boundaries, explore wild places, and inspire others through outdoor adventure.

This is an open house format, so come whenever works best for you during the scheduled hours. Stop by to:

• Pay school fees
• Get questions answered
• Take care of back to school details
• Make sure you’re ready for the first day

This is the BEST time to get these things taken care of!

The week before school, our staff will be busy with inservice, trainings, meetings, and preparing for students. Coming to Open House gives us the chance to help you before that busy week begins.

🏈 KU Football All Basin Athlete Speed Clinic

KU Football is hosting an All Basin Athlete Speed Clinic on Saturday, August 8, for athletes in grades 6–12. This is a great opportunity to receive laser timed testing and establish a baseline to track athletic performance throughout the year.

Saturday, August 8

Grades 6–8
9:00–10:15 AM

Grades 9–12
10:30 AM–12:00 PM

Cost: $20 per athlete (Venmo or cash accepted the morning of)

Please bring:
• Cleats
• Water

Testing Includes:
• Max Velocity
• Acceleration
• Vertical Jump
• Broad Jump
• 5-10-5 Shuttle

Athletes will receive their official testing results to take home.

We look forward to seeing athletes from across the Basin on the field.

We're looking for a few more 3rd & 4th grade players to keep the KU Pop Warner football team on the field this season. If we don't get enough registrations by Thursday at midnight, the team may have to be canceled.

Important: When registering, be sure to specify that your child's high school will be KU. Otherwise, they may be placed on a county team.

The excitement is building! We had an incredible turnout at the coaches meeting with new faces and more volunteers than ever. It's shaping up to be a fantastic season—we just need a few more young Pelicans to make it happen!

A limited number of scholarships are still available, so don't let cost keep your child from playing.
