It’s TIME ⏰
I’m so happy to have partnered with our local YMCA to provide one lucky participant of the walk with a FREE month membership!
Everyone will get a voucher for a free shaker cup from GNC as well! (there’s TONS of color options)
This is going to be a chill walk on the Link River that is flat and is a down and back, bring your own snacks and water and dress accordingly! 😊

So much fun at our first event! Thank you everyone who came and expect another one soon!
SUCH A BLAST at the first ever Women’s Wellness Walk! Thank you again to our local GNC for donating $50 gift cards!
We walked about 2.5 miles total, had great chats fueling my social battery while getting steps in and staying heart healthy!
Stay tuned for the next one! It will be warmer! 👀
