🏃‍♀️🩷 GIRLS ON THE RUN IS COMING TO ROOSEVELT ELEMENTARY! 🩷🏃‍♀️

We’re excited to welcome Girls on the Run to Roosevelt! This fun, empowering after-school program helps girls build confidence, friendships, healthy habits, and important life skills through movement, goal-setting, meaningful conversations, and team activities.

🌟 No running experience is necessary — all abilities are welcome!

At the end of the season, the team will work together on a community service project and participate in a non-competitive 5K.

📅 Season: September 21 – November 13, 2026
📆 Practice: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 3:30–5:00 p.m.
⏰ Practice will adjust on Roosevelt Early Release Days.
💰 Sliding-scale registration: $20–$230

Early Release Update

Early release will look a little different this school year! Students will be released once a month at 12:45 p.m.—2 hours and 15 minutes earlier than our regular dismissal time.

Please note: There will be no early release in December or June.
