Thank you for so much interest in our Midlife Group coming up really soon. I sent this email to everyone today who has expressed interest in our upcoming workshop!

To prepare for our 1st group on June 30th simply follow these next 3 steps.

1. Mark your calendar with these summer dates 6/30, 7/7, 7/14, 8/4, 8/11, 8/18 6:30-8pm, and show up open and ready to learn together.

This May, Scott and I traveled to Baja, Mexico and took a week long course with about 15 others (ages 38-75 ) at the Modern Elder Academy to learn how to navigate the complexities of midlife, which have included loss, career transitions, physical changes, identity shifts, kids leaving for college, and desiring more/new purposes. As a result, we came back feeling more connected to ourselves, letting go of areas that may no longer serve us, and actually excited about the next chapter. Scott came back zen master! ( I will let him tell you about that🧘)

This summer we have decided to host a pilot group at our home sharing what we learned with others who may have also found themselves in midlife wondering what might be possible in the second half of life? We will hold space for one another with curiosity and compassion. We will share tools we have found helpful from our workshop, and most importantly facilitate a growth opportunity where we can truly learn from one another.

We realize this is a bit of a "pop up" group only 2 weeks away 😀. Therefore, if you are interested, please email me to reserve a space in this pilot group coming up quickly! We are excited to share our experience and to co-lead together again!
