Heather Sadler – Write-In Candidate, Kittery School Committee
As a 15+ year Kittery resident and proud parent of three children in Kittery’s schools - current and past, I am deeply invested in our community’s success—past, present, and future. My family’s roots run generations deep in Kittery, with a long lineage of relatives who have lived here, attended our schools, and contributed to the fabric of this town we all love.
For the past six years, I’ve served on the School Policy Committee, working collaboratively to shape and refine the policies that guide our district’s vision and uphold our commitment to students, families, and educators. Through this experience, I’ve developed a strong understanding of Kittery’s unique strengths and challenges—balancing thoughtful policy, responsible budgeting, and the need to ensure every student has access to a safe, inclusive, and high-quality education.
As a Write-In Candidate for the Kittery School Committee, I am committed to:
Advocating for students, teachers, and families through transparency and community engagement.
Supporting balanced decision-making rooted in fiscal responsibility and student outcomes.
Continuing the tradition of collaboration and excellence that has long defined Kittery’s schools.
Kittery isn’t just where I live—it’s home, and I care deeply about preserving the small-town values, educational excellence, and community connection that make it special.
