Looks like to first Nor'easter of the season plans to swing by this weekend.

We're going to move the Community Wellness Festival to Saturday, October 3rd, 9-12 instead.

I'll be teaching a FREE Yoga/QiGong/Meditation class with my colleague, Anja at 9:00 am.

Then you can find me at the RISE Wellness Collective booth. I'll be pulling tarot cards for anyone that comes by to say "hi".

My daughter will be offering face painting for the little ones.

Plus you get to meet many of my other amazing wellness collaborators!

I noticed how uncomfortable I can be when I don’t get a chance to read or to do anything.
It’s such an interesting observation and tells us so much about how we need silence.

This July I’m hosting Still Waters - a small overnight silent retreat in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.

Two nights by the river. Phone in a drawer.
No small talk. Just QiGong, meditation, a sound bath, a fire ceremony, and silence that actually restores you.

I did my first silent retreat skeptical it would do anything for me. Somewhere in that quiet - I could finally hear myself again. I left a different person.
