Mama Nest is back & our first in person group begins Friday, June 18 at Rise in York, Maine! 💛Please join us from 10am - 12pm for community, connection, and support.

Breastfeeding is our theme, (we welcome all feeding options/methods) and will be discussing all things parenting, which always includes newborn parenting adjustment, support & resources.
ALL parents are welcome with babies 0-12 months old, please register online.

NEW UPDATE! For over a year, our weekly Mama Nest was offered online via zoom. We are pleased to announce we are meeting again in person beginning June 18! We realize that not everyone is comfortable with groups or vaccinated, so this is a big step forward, entirely up to each individual without jud
