Our vision is to help people recognize their value, purpose and find true joy using biblical principles. Christian Life Coaching is similar to counseling except with a Life Coach you are guided and equipped to make the changes needed to pursue healing in your personal life and/or marriage relationship. Our coaching is biblically based as we believe the Bible is the best and greatest source of all wisdom.

Be intentional about connecting through tender touch every day. Rather than focusing on where physical touch might lead, use touch as a way to say, “I love you.” Let touch become another way of communicating affection and connection. Just two to three minutes of tender touch a day can accomplish so much for you emotionally.

For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work among you will complete it by the day of Christ Jesus. Philippians 1:6
If you are at a point in your life where things feel hopeless or overwhelming, take heart. God has not abandoned the work He began in you. Even when you cannot see His hand at work, He remains faithful. Every challenge, setback, and season of waiting is part of His refining process. Trust that He is continuing to shape you, strengthen you, and draw you closer to Him. What He has started, He will faithfully complete.
