Big feelings are part of little hearts learning and growing. 🌱✨

At Building Wings Preschool, we help children identify, express, and manage their emotions in healthy ways. Through conversations, play, stories, and hands-on activities, our little ones learn that all feelings are okay, but not all behaviors are okay. 🧠💛

We are teaching them to:
🌈 Name their feelings

🤝 Show empathy
🧘‍♀️ Practice calming strategies
