This September, our Girl Scouts of Troop 1300 celebrated Grandparents Day by learning that kindness can make a difference in someone’s day.

Our girls created heartfelt cards for seniors in our community, filling each card with kind words, drawings, and lots of love. 💌👵🏼👴🏼

They are looking forward to delivering these special cards in person and bringing smiles to the seniors in our community. 🥰

What a beautiful reminder that a simple act of kindness can help someone feel remembered, valued, and cared for. 💚

We are so proud of our Girl Scouts for showing that you are never too young to make a difference!

This Grandparents Day, our Girl Scouts are spreading kindness one letter at a time! 💌✨

To celebrate Grandparents Day on September 13, 2026, Troop 1300 is participating in the Cards for Seniors Fun Patch Program. Our girls are creating handwritten cards and letters for seniors in our community to let them know they are valued, remembered, and cared for.

A simple letter can brighten someone’s day and make a meaningful connection between generations.
