7th Grade Avid visited Valencia College yesterday, to learn about all that they have to offer!

From Tutorials to Team Huddle, Socratic Seminar to Interactive Notebooks, Marking the Text to Focused Note-taking, these Tiger Scholars are “Leveling Up the Learning With AVID!!” Student-centered classrooms were in full effect and student success is evident!!

Way to go scholars!!! So proud of Ms. Geist and her students “Leveling Up With AVID!!”

Ms. Geist’s students were on FIRE today with their Socratic seminar circle!!!! Amazing discussions, with purpose, claims and evidence! Future lawyers in this room 🐦‍🔥😍💥
