Today at Gateway, we held our final staff meeting of the school year, a time when we say goodbye to staff beginning new chapters, whether through retirement or other opportunities. While we still get a little more time with him, today our Gateway family shared a heartfelt sendoff with our leader, Mr. Long, before summer break.

Mr. Long, your leadership, dedication, and unwavering commitment to our students and school have helped transform Gateway into something truly special. The culture, pride, and foundation you have built will impact generations of students and staff for years to come. We are incredibly proud to have called you our principal and even more grateful for the legacy you leave behind.

Enjoy your well earned retirement, Mr. Long, and as always, may the force be with you!
