WHY IDT WEDNESDAY 💛
Sophomore Gianna Civitano says “Being a part of IDT has made such a great impact on my college experience. I tried out for the team coming into Iona as a freshman, not knowing it would be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’ve been a dancer my whole life, so being able to continue doing something I love means so much to me. Just being on this team for a year already has pushed my skills and abilities so much further and has helped me become not only a better dancer but a better person too. The girls on this team truly feel like my sisters that make every single practice feel like I’m at home. I love how connected we all are and how we’re always supporting each other, while pushing one another to work harder and become better dancers. I’m also so lucky to have a coach who constantly pushes us and believes in us. I can’t wait for game days and UDA Nationals this year because I know the energy will be even higher. I’m so grateful for this team and everything it has already given me, and I can’t wait for everything still to come. IDT4L ❤️💛❤️”
