The Early Learning Coalition of Osceola County helps families find and afford quality child care, access free VPK, and prepare children for success in school and life. Our Purpose

The purpose of the Early Learning Coalition of Osceola County is to develop, implement, and monitor the School Readiness and Voluntary Prekindergarten Programs to ensure Osceola County’s youngest citizens will receive quality, comprehensive early learning services appropriate to their needs, thereby assuring their readiness to enter kindergarten.

We have our first family who completed the first part of the Read to Rise program! This lovely group received a special prize pack as well for being the first! When asked about the kits, Ivy's favorite part was "helping the ant go over the broccoli bridge and climb the cake mountain" (from the Story Retelling kit).

Our Read to Rise program is still going strong! Be on the lookout for more NEW locations to find these kits and don't forget, complete four kits and receive free tickets to Wild Florida! A big thank you to , Kissimmee, Florida and for their partnerships on this program!
