En caso de que no haya visto la información anterior, a partir del año escolar 2026-2027, los padres y tutores de estudiantes que hayan recibido una beca deberán completar una declaración (attestation) en EMA cada trimestre para que el estudiante pueda ser considerado para recibir los fondos correspondientes. Esta declaración tiene como propósito confirmar que el estudiante no está matriculado a tiempo completo en una escuela pública.

Importante: Por favor, tómese el tiempo necesario para asegurarse de seleccionar la respuesta correcta para su(s) estudiante(s) antes de las fechas límite indicadas.

ACCIÓN REQUERIDA:

Inicie sesión en EMA y revise la declaración de su estudiante en su Dashboard (Panel de control). Cuando se le pregunte si su estudiante está “Enrolled in public school for Quarter 1?” (“¿Matriculado en una escuela pública durante el primer trimestre?”):

* Seleccione “NO” si su estudiante NO está matriculado en una ESCUELA PÚBLICA durante el primer trimestre del año escolar 2026-2027.
* Por ejemplo, seleccione “NO” si el estudiante está matriculado en una escuela privada o recibe educación en el hogar (homeschool).

* Seleccione “YES” (SÍ) si su estudiante SÍ está matriculado en una ESCUELA PÚBLICA durante el primer trimestre del año escolar 2026-2027.
* Seleccione esta respuesta si su estudiante asistirá a una escuela pública a tiempo completo y de manera presencial durante el primer trimestre del año escolar 2026-2027.

In case you missed it, beginning in the 2026-27 school year, parents and guardians of awarded students must complete an attestation in EMA each quarter for funding consideration. This attestation is to confirm that the student is not enrolled full-time in a public school.

Important: Please take your time to ensure you select the correct response for your student(s) by the deadlines indicated below.

ACTION NEEDED:

Log in to EMA to review your student's attestation on your Dashboard. When asked if your student is "Enrolled in public school for Quarter 1?":

Select "NO" if your student is NOT enrolled in a PUBLIC SCHOOL for the first quarter of the 2026-27 school year. For example, students enrolled in a private school or homeschool.

Select "YES" if your student IS enrolled in a PUBLIC SCHOOL for the first quarter of the 2026-27 school year. Select this response if your student will be attending public school full-time, in-person for the first quarter of the 2026-27 school year.
