Both ESP and Instructional contracts have been tentatively agreed upon and are now ready for the final voice with a ratification vote. This year has been especially difficult with the state not providing money for salaries for over 2/3 of the district's employees. However, there have been many wins with both contracts.

To our members, community, and friends thank you for standing with our union and using your voices. You were respectful, passionate, and heard. ❤️

Drawing on my background as a social studies teacher, a former school board candidate, and a public education advocate, my goal is simply to help share the real facts, context, and policy shifts our communities are facing—cutting through the usual talking points so we can focus on what matters.
