🌿🔎 Hands-On Learning in Action! 🔎🌿

On Friday, Ms. Velazquez and Ms. Scott’s 5th grade classes visited the Environmental Center and enjoyed an exciting, hands-on learning experience! Our students had the opportunity to explore, discover, and deepen their understanding of the environment through engaging activities.

We love seeing our students learning beyond the classroom and making meaningful connections to the world around them! 🌎💚

A great day of collaboration, learning, and growing together at Charge Up hosted by Thacker Elementary! Our 2nd grade math teachers and math coaches from the Impact FL cohort, Deerwood, East Lake, Pleasant Hill, and Thacker Elementary came together to strengthen instructional practices, share ideas, and build connections. A special thank you to our District Math DRTs for leading an engaging day of professional learning and supporting excellence in mathematics instruction. 🚀
