Read his journey in his own words:

"I still remember getting that first call from a recruiter at Embraer Executive Jets while I was a student at South Avionics Training Center. That opportunity changed the course of my career.

In 2018, I started as an Avionics Technician in Melbourne, FL. Two years later, I was promoted to Lead, where I had the privilege of managing a team of five technicians on the Phenom 300 program. During that time, I led critical operations including pressurization testing, avionics testing, and troubleshooting.

A few years later, I transitioned to the Phenom 100 line, an aircraft program that at the time faced uncertainty about its future in Melbourne. Together with the team, we rebuilt the station, and I’m proud to say that last year became the highest delivery year in the history of the program at Embraer.

After 8 incredible years, full of growth, challenges, and unforgettable moments, I’m excited to share that I’ve been given a new opportunity with Blue Origin. As of April 20th, I will begin this next chapter.

None of this would have been possible without the decision I made years ago to invest in myself and pursue training in avionics. That foundation, along with the support and mentorship I received along the way, made all the difference.

Grateful for the journey so far and even more excited for what’s ahead. "
