Downtown Writing Adventures kicked off today, and we began with one simple question:

What is a community? 🌿📚

Our students shared ideas like belonging, teamwork, communication, progress, and working together before taking those conversations beyond the classroom.

Together, we:
📖 Read informational text about making a difference in our communities.
🌱 Explored the natural environment at Kissimmee Lakefront Park.
🗿 Visited the Monument of States and discussed local history.
✍️ Gathered observations and ideas that will inspire our writing throughout camp.

At Three Pillars Learning Group, writing doesn’t begin with a worksheet—it begins with curiosity, conversation, and real-world experiences.

Today wasn’t just about writing.
It was about learning to notice, ask questions, and see the stories that exist all around us.
