⏰ Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
📍 Location: Neptune Middle School Cafeteria
💲 Cost: $10 (cash or check payable to East Lake Chiropractic)
✅ A current middle school sports physical is required for all students to be eligible for athletic tryouts.
✅ A parent or guardian must be present.
This is a convenient and affordable opportunity to get your athlete ready for the upcoming sports season!
