Anyone who has stepped onto his mat knows what makes him special. The patience with a nervous first time student. The high five after a hard earned belt. The belief he shows in every child, even before they believe in themselves. He teaches us that a black belt is not the end of the journey, it is only the beginning, and he lives that lesson every single day.
