On April 8 to 14, 2012, theKirkwood Public Library and Kirk Care worked together to help the hungry and celebrate National Library Week.
Those who owed fines were invited to bring a can or box of food to offset $1 in fines. Donations up to $15 per library card were accepted. What a great idea and community service in support of the KirkCare Pantry. Thank you KPL!
