๐บ๐ธ Our National Junior Honor Society are students that are continuing to make a difference!

Our wonderful middle school librarian, Mrs. Brown, hosted a Starbooks Book Tasting for our 5th and 6th graders! During this special event, students โsampledโ a variety of books in a cozy, cafรฉ style setting, browsing different genres, reading first chapters, and jotting down notes about which stories caught their attention.
At the end, they submitted their โbook ordersโ to share their top choices for our upcoming Book Club unit. So many titles on the menu, and we canโt wait to start reading! ๐ซ

Tonight we celebrated Ms. Albers, who wrapped up an incredible 17 years of coaching cross country! The 8th graders in this photo have been running with her since kindergarten, a true full-circle moment.
The other coaches even surprised her with a video montage from current students to college-age alumni sharing how much sheโs meant to them over the years. โฅ๏ธ๐ค
While her coaching chapter is ending, sheโs not going anywhere, weโre so lucky sheโll still be inspiring students in the classroom for years to come!
Thank you, Ms. Albers, for the miles, memories, and impact youโve left on all of us.

Bringing Learning to Life with Horses!
Today in Art and STEM at our elementary campus, we had a special visit from one of our awesome moms, Mrs. Wynne, and her horses!
Students got to learn all about horse biology, herd behavior, and what it means for horses to be prey animals. They discovered fascinating facts about how horsesโ bodies work, did you know horses donโt have collarbones?
After spending time observing and learning from the horses outside, students headed indoors to draw their own horse-inspired artwork, using what they had just learned.
It was an incredible, hands-on experience that connected science and art in the best way! ๐ดโจ
๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ Nationals Bound! ๐
This weekend our Cross Country team traveled to Concordia University Wisconsin for Nationals, and what an incredible experience it was!
Sixteen of our runners, from 4th through 8th grade, qualified and gave it their all through rain, cold, and Wisconsinโs beautiful scenery.
We couldnโt be more proud of these athletes for their hard work, and team spirit. Beyond the races, some of the best memories came from simply hanging out in the hotel lobby, playing games, and laughing with coaches and teammates. โค๏ธ
A huge thank-you to all the families who made the trip possible and supported these kids every step of the way. What an unforgettable weekend!
