📚✨ The Scholastic Book Fair is Coming to Nipher! ✨📚

Get ready to discover new stories, favorite authors, exciting series, and your next great read!

📅 October 12–16
📍 Nipher Student Center

The Book Fair will also be open during parent-teacher conferences on October 14 and 15, so families are invited to stop by and shop while visiting the school.

🙋 We need volunteers!

Our Book Fair would not be possible without the support of our amazing parents and guardians. Volunteers help students shop, organize books, and keep the fair running smoothly. Please use the volunteer sign-up shared in the school newsletter to select a time to help.

We’re starting something new at Nipher—and we need your voice to help build it from the ground up!

Today, we celebrate the incredible team of educators at Nipher Middle School!

Our teachers do so much more than teach lessons. They encourage curiosity, build confidence, recognize potential, build connections, and help our students grow into capable, compassionate young people.

Their patience, creativity, dedication, and care make a difference in our students’ lives every single day—and we are incredibly grateful for each of them.

We're launching something new at Nipher and need your help building it from the ground up! Join us for the first meeting of the Nipher PTO Parent Equity Group on Thursday, October 8th at 6:30 PM in the Nipher library. This committee is in its infancy, and we're looking for interested parents to help shape its vision, goals, and direction.

Whether you have experience with equity work or are simply passionate about creating an inclusive school community where all students and families feel welcomed and supported, we want you at the table. This is a unique opportunity to be a founding member and help establish the foundation for meaningful work that will benefit our entire Nipher community for years to come. One more day away! 🎉 Join fellow Nipher Middle School parents tomorrow, Thursday, October 1, from 6–8 PM at Grapevine for a relaxed evening of connection, beverage tastings, and light snacks.

Raffle tickets will be available, with prizes including Alice in Wonderland tickets and reserved parking, a 6th Grade VIP Breakfast experience, Nipher spirit wear, and more! The drawing is at 7:30 PM. Grapevine will donate 10% of all purchases that night to Nipher PTO.
