Keysor's new STEAM club has been buzzing with excitement this school year! Students are getting hands-on experience as they engineer complex towers and roadways using Keva planks. They've also explored the wonders of light with homemade mini projectors and enjoyed watching their LEGO figures zip down a thrilling LEGO zipline. We can’t wait to see what they create, discover or build next! 🚀🔬🎨

North Glendale Adventure Club has started themed weeks, and last week was all about BUGS! 🐞🐜 The kids had an amazing time creating their own bugs, pretending to be insects, and examining real ones up close with a microscope we received thanks to an Academic Enrichment Grant from the Missouri After School Network!🐝🔬

🥛 We are beyond excited to announce that each one of our program sites officially adopted their very own calf to follow her growth journey straight from the farm! 🐮🎉

Through the Adopt-A-Calf Classroom Program—offered by the St. Louis District Dairy Council in partnership with local dairy farmers across Illinois and Missouri—our sites get a front-row seat to life on a dairy farm. From September through May, students follow their calf’s journey with monthly photo updates, farm videos, hands-on activities, and fun educational materials.

Every site even received an official certificate to name their calf and a display poster to track her growth all school year long! Stay tuned to see how our calves grow! 🌾✨

On Monday, our Adventure Club team got together to build the ultimate blueprint for an incredible year ahead. We spent the day connecting, collaborating, and mapping out engaging daily activities for Adventure Club—plus brainstorming super fun hands-on ideas for our brand-new STEAM Club launching this fall! 🚀🎨🔬

It was also so wonderful seeing both returning and new faces at Meet the Teacher night! We loved catching up with our returning families and giving a warm welcome to everyone joining us for the first time.

Here’s to a school year packed with endless adventure, activities, and fun every single day. We can’t wait to get started! ✨
