Happy Birthday to us! The library turns 104 today!

On this day, the A.T. Still Memorial Library was dedicated at the Andrew Taylor Still College of Osteopathy and Surgery (ATSCOS) in 1922. A rival school was located just down the street from what was then the American School of Osteopathy. ATSCOS was open for only two years, from 1922 to 1924. After that, ATSCOS and the library combined with the then American School of Osteopathy to become the Kirksville Osteopathic College (KOC). The school and library opened and classes began earlier on September 11th.
