It's not easy saying goodbye to an organization that has created countless memories and life-long friendships. But as with all good things in life, they must come to an end. While the organization may officially be no longer, the brotherhood created will never fade. Phi Lamb by Damn stands for that indestructible bond that we all share, and that's something that'll last long, long after the final farewells are exchanged. Thank you to everyone who made this organization possible and to our partners throughout the years. With that said, Phi Lamb by Damn brothers, and let us see where the next chapter of our lives take us.

Hey all, our apologies but due to the weather and the nature of our trail, e.i. reliant on slopes, we have to cancel our event for tonight due to liability purposes. We have a very busy week here at Phi Lamb! Join us this Friday for our Rave to the Grave Party with ECO and this weekend and Halloween day for our Haunted Woods Trail with AKL! All proceeds for both events will go to charity! We are excited to see everyone there!

Our final value showcase is that of responsibility. Here is what brother Nate Boyd had to say about how Phi Lamb has helped him with growth through responsibility. "Phi Lamb has helped me be more responsible by ensuring that I have people to be both responsible to and for. I both have brothers who are keeping me accountable for doing my job and brothers that will help when I struggle with my responsibilities. On top of that, Phi Lamb has given me opportunities to help others by being the treasurer, which ensures that I have responsibilities that I need to do to help my fellow brothers and keep our organization running smoothly. Without these people in my life, I wouldn’t have the opportunity to work on the virtue of responsibility."

Our next value showcase is that of scholarship. Although being heavily involved in Greek Week last semester while also tackling academics, we always ensure that our academics are not hindered due to our extracurriculars. "Having a healthy balance of extracurriculars and academics is a must when going into a field such as psychology. Academics allow for one to learn and understand the foundations and principles of your disciplinary, while your extracurriculars and professional opportunities allow you to get first hand experience in your field. Through my role as a Student Advisor and the President of this brotherhood, I have gained communication and professional development skills that I would not have achieved through solely focusing on my academics." -Clayton Capriglione

Today's value spotlight focuses on our core value of personal development. Our brother Luke Hinton, had this to say about how our brotherhood has helped him through personal development. "Going into college, I wanted a group of friends who I could not only rely on but also be authentically myself around. Friends that I would have not only during my college experience, but for a lifetime. These individuals mean more to me than mere friends and I genuinely view them as my family. Through being a part of this brotherhood, I have become more confident in my ability to express myself and my interests, and have been able to connect with other organizations through the events we host and participate in. Last year, through the support of my brothers, I was able to be the Greek Week Liason and compete in Delta Zeta's Big Man on Campus, showcasing my passion and dedication to this organization. This year, I am proud to be the Brotherhood Chair to continue to strengthen the unmatchable bonds between our brothers and create lasting memories."
