📖Catechism Wednesday: Learning with our K-8 Students!📖

Today, our K-8 students gathered with Pastor Wright for their weekly Catechism

In today’s session, we explored the Third Petition of the Lord's Prayer: "Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven". Pastor Wright shared some wonderful insights with our students:

✨ What does this mean? While God's gracious will happens even without our prayers, we pray today that it happens among us, too.
🛡️ How is God's will done? We learned how God protects us by breaking the evil plans of this fallen world, the devil, and our own sinful nature, while keeping our faith firm.
🙏 A Heart of Prayer: Our students discussed how we pray not for God to follow our wants, but for us to follow His good and gracious desires.

It was a time of growth and faith for our FLS students! We are so blessed to have a God who offers us love, forgiveness, and the promise of everlasting life.

Catechism Wednesday! We get to learn about "Thy Will Be Done".

🌟 Preschoolers Learn About Jacob and Esau! 🌟

Our Faith Lutheran preschoolers have been hard at work learning about God's promises in their latest lesson on Jacob and Esau. In today's lesson with Pastor Wright, our students learned about the story of Abraham and Sarah and the birth of their son Isaac, then they learned about how Isaac's wife, Rebecca, became the mother of twins, Jacob and Esau.

We invite you to talk to your preschooler and ask them what they learned about Jacob and Esau and God's plans. 🕊️🍎

FLS middle schoolers, it’s time to trade the textbooks for toppings! We are celebrating the end of the school year with our 5th–8th Grade Movies + Pizza Party Day. Whether you’re here for the pepperoni or the plot twists, it’s going to be a day to remember. Let’s kick off the summer break with a slice of fun!

We had a wonderful morning of worship today during our Chapel service in the sanctuary!

Pastor Wright shared a message based on Psalm 119, reflecting on the beautiful stained glass window in our church. We were reminded that through God's Word, our Good Shepherd speaks to us—revealing His love, mercy, and guidance for every situation in life.

It was a joyous time as we listened to our preschoolers sing and gathered together to grow in faith.
