Sporting my Osteoblasters club shirt in Iceland! Lifting the Husafel Stone. Great story on the history of lifting this 401lb stone as a manhood test since the 1700s when Pastor Snorri would lift the stone to pen his goats up.

Osteoblasters class will be at 7:00 only on Wednesday July 15th, and is cancelled Monday July 20th. All other dates and times will remain the same.

May 18

90 sec rounds, 20 sec rest

Hang clean and jerk (sets of 3)
fast tire flips
Jump rope
Parallelette pushups with resistance band and dips
toes to bar
Iron cross hold with dumbbells
Plyo ball abs
Sandbag goblet squats
Lying Leg lifts
Med ball reverse throw and retrieve
Sandbag lunges
Heavy one arm kettle bell swings
Med ball sit ups

Second round repeat all stations with 60s on and 15s rest

Cool down 30s on, 10 sec rest
Jumping jacks
Plank
Burpees
Rocker hold (abs) hand and feet off ground and abs tight while on back
Pushups
Side plank left
Side plank right
High knees in place to burpees
Air squats
Finish with high arm jumping jacks

Dumbbell push up with row (crawl forward with each row)

Sandbag Goblet squats
Ball slams
Jump rope
Squat with 5 Plate punches between
Plyo pushups
Kettle bell high swings
Straight up med ball throws
Slosh pipe lunges
High pulls (95 lbs men, 55 women)
Overhead straight arm holds (45lb bar)
Done
