Here is some important information you might need to know for this upcoming Sunday if you are a parent or guardian visiting your student.
Students can be checked out anytime from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at our hall store in the Ryle main lounge. If they are not checked back in before noon, they can be checked back in from 1:30-5:30 p.m.
In the afternoon, the Academy will be doing activities, including going to the local aquatic center. If students are not checked back in by noon, they will not be able to go to the aquatic center.
Parents and guardians will also have to present a photo ID upon arrival that matches an adult listed as an emergency contact for security purposes.

Yesterday was one of our favorite days at JBA, Lazy Sunday! On this day, we give students free time until lunch, allowing them the opportunity to sleep in, do some laundry, or hang out with their friends in Ryle Hall. In the afternoon, students then get to choose two activities to do. Some of these activities include swimming at 1000 Hills State Park, chill reading, tea and cartoons, Dairy Queen at the park, among many more!

Our students had so much fun at the local farmers' market this morning!
Some professors choose to take their class to the farmers' market so students can support local businesses and engage with their classmates outside their everyday classroom environment.
