I will be out of the school office until Monday, June 15th. Students who need to pick up yearbooks may do so next week. My office hours are M-Th 9 am-4pm and Friday 9-12. Today, our Administrator, Susan Burns, Office Manager, Lora Shipley, and Teacher Nathan Rider were honored guests of the Kirksville Kiwanas Club, which holds regular meetings in Kirksville. The group extended an invitation for us to share information about NCHS. If you are affiliated with a group and would like to learn more about NCHS, we would welcome the opportunity to share our information. We appreciate the members of the club for providing a great lunch and the chance to engage in conversation with them.

SCHOOL IS OUT FOR SUMMER!

Although the academic year has concluded, our NCHS Office remains open. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We still have openings in all grades, 9-12. You are welcome to visit us at 1702 Elson Street in Kirksville or contact us at 660.342.1100.

Today marks the final day of the academic year for year 5 students at NCHS. We concluded the week with a culinary activity in Mrs. Nora Gates' Spanish class, accompanied by our Positive Behavior Awards and Perfect Attendance recognition. We wish our NCHS families a wonderful summer.

Today marked the final Chapel service of the year for NCHS, featuring a thought-provoking message from our speaker, Pastor Chad Stearman. He delivered a compelling address on the meaning of worship and extended well wishes to our students as they prepare to embark on their summer break next Thursday. As a vital member of our school, Pastor Chad plays a pivotal role in organizing chapel services each week, in addition to inviting pastors from our local community to share a message. Our students and staff eagerly anticipate each Thursday, as it provides a cherished opportunity for collective worship. This is yet another exemplary illustration of the enriching experiences we offer our students at NCHS. Thank you Pastor Chad for all you do for NCHS!
