Today we celebrated a special milestone at Les Lilas as we honored our 5th grade graduates!

Families joined us for a warm graduation ceremony celebrating our students’ accomplishments, leadership, and years of growth within our community. We enjoyed heartfelt speeches from teachers and students, reflecting on memories, achievements, and the journey that brought them to this moment.

We are so proud of all they have accomplished and can’t wait to see what comes next. Congratulations, graduates!

Today, we celebrated the end of the year with our annual Tea Party. Our classrooms and school yard were transformed into charming tea rooms, creating a festive setting for an afternoon filled with fun, laughter, and delicious treats.
Thank you to our amazing students, families, and staff for making this year so special. We are proud of all that our students have accomplished and wish everyone a joyful and relaxing summer. We look forward to welcoming you back next school year!

Throughout the day, students will be recognized for their accomplishments, growth, and milestones. Each bead symbolizes a year of learning and development, marking an important step in every child’s Montessori journey.

We’ll also celebrate our graduating students and welcome those moving up to the next stage of their education. As part of the experience, students returning next year will spend time exploring their future classrooms, meeting teachers, and discovering what lies ahead.

Yesterday, our Les Lilas community came together to celebrate one of our most cherished Montessori traditions: the Bead Ceremony.
This special event honors each child’s growth and recognizes the milestones they have reached throughout their Montessori journey.
Students received beads representing their next step:�💛 Golden beads for students entering Elementary�💚 Green beads for students moving into Upper Elementary�💙 Blue beads for students continuing to deepen their learning within their current environment�❤️ Red beads for students completing their journey at Les Lilas and preparing for new adventures
Each bead symbolizes so much more than a transition—it reflects years of discovery, perseverance, friendship, independence, and growth.

What a wonderful evening we had yesterday!

Our end-of-year performance, Les Lilas fait son cinéma, brought the magic of cinema to the stage as students revisited and reimagined some of the most iconic films of all time.

Beyond the costumes, music, and memorable scenes, the show reflected months of hard work, collaboration, and creativity. It was a joy to watch our students perform with such confidence and enthusiasm and to see their efforts come together in such a special way.

A heartfelt congratulations to all of our students for their outstanding performance. Thank you as well to our teachers, staff, and families for your support throughout the year and in helping make this event such a success.
