Its workout warrior here at Summer Camps at CAC! The campers have done it all, including cycling, sound bath, yoga, strength, water aerobics and the list goes on! It’s been awesome getting our youngest members into the fold, keep on moving campers!

Hey Members! Join us this summer as we look to gather used sneakers to reduce waste, support jobs, and provide essential footwear for those in need. Bring in used sneakers in any condition over the next few weeks and we’ll get them in the right hands (feet?) drop off bin located by the fitness desk upstairs.

Excited to start this Tuesday with new carpet in the men’s locker room as well as the entry way of the Club!

The crew will be back tonight to finish trim in the men’s as well as finish the full scope in the women’s locker room, and we appreciate our members’ patience as we dive into some spring upkeep projects!

Hey squashers! Join us tomorrow night for a fun-filled evening of competition and comradery! Food and drinks will be provided, and a team based aggregate-scoring format will be used for the tourney. See you there!
