Jerica is a seattle-based Kids yoga , preschool teacher and Birth Doula. She has been teaching creative kid and family yoga classes since 2014, where she received her Next Generation Teacher training from Nicole. Her classes are full of laughter, love, music, dancing, silly-ness and community.

Excited to announce our KIDS YOGA SUMMER CAMPS!
Ages 5 to 10
Price: $329 per session - includes Camp tshirt, all crafts & materials and a yoga mat to borrow.
Sign up before June 15th to get the early bird pricing of $300 per session
Monday - Thursday
9 am to Noon
Sessions:
July 10th - 13th
July 24th - 27th
August 7th - 10th
August 21st - 24th
Each session will have its own unique theme.

And... how about we normalize not asking ANYONE if they have a boyfriend or girlfriend regardless of their age which quietly implies there's something wrong with them if they don't. Amen to this.

Children are small only once, then when they grow up they will find their way and their spaces.
Sleep heart against heart, so much so that you feel their breath, because there is nothing more beautiful than this.
Enjoy their childhood and their company, love them as if the world were going to end today because tomorrow they will have grown up and you will think that you lacked time to hug them. "
