🏀📣 THAT’S THE FALCON SPIRIT! 💙🤍

What a great day for Kirby basketball! 🏀 Our girls did an amazing job on the court, and our incredible cheer squad brought the energy, spirit, and school pride to the game! 📣🙌

But one of the sweetest highlights of the day was welcoming our newest junior cheerleader! 💙 She jumped right in, had SO much fun cheering alongside the girls, and our amazing cheerleaders embraced her, taught her the moves, showed her the cheers, and made sure she was part of the team! 🥹💃📣

THAT is what being a Falcon is all about! It’s more than basketball, cheers, and school spirit. It’s about inclusion, kindness, teamwork, and making sure everyone feels like they belong. 💙🤍

Our girls showed up on the court, our cheerleaders showed up with spirit, and our Falcon family showed up with HEART! 🦅💙

Once a Falcon, always a Falcon! 🦅🏀📣

🦅 Kirby STEM Academy Falcons & 🐧 Judson Learning Academy Penguins

Dear Falcon and Penguin Families,

Kirby STEM Academy and Judson Learning Academy conducted a practice LOCKDOWN Drill today. LOCKDOWN drills are conducted to ensure that students and staff are familiar with the Standard Response Protocols and know how to respond appropriately should a LOCKDOWN ever occur on campus.

We are proud of our Falcons and Penguins for taking the drill seriously and following expectations. Our students and staff did an excellent job throughout the exercise. Following the drill, we will continue to review our procedures and collaborate with local first responders to identify any opportunities for continuous improvement.

The safety and security of our students and staff remain our highest priority. Thank you for your continued support as we work together to maintain a safe learning environment for everyone.

🔒 Safety Reminder for Today

Today, Kirby STEM Academy and Judson Learning Academy will be conducting a lockdown drill.

Because this is an unannounced drill, staff will not know in advance exactly when it will occur. Our goal is to give students and staff an opportunity to practice our safety procedures.

Thank you to our students, staff, and families for helping us keep safety a priority. 💙

We practice so we are prepared. 🔒
