🔬🧪 Our Northwest Science Club had a great time participating in STEM East’s BioPharma Industry in Schools Week!

Our students visited Carteret Community College, where they toured the aquaculture programs and health science classrooms. They enjoyed getting a behind-the-scenes look at these programs and exploring the exciting careers available in science and healthcare!

Thank you to STEM East and Carteret Community College for providing our students with this awesome hands-on learning opportunity! ❤️💙🦅

Snapshots of Learning at Northwest ❤️🦅💙 Our Eagles have been busy learning! From partner reading and creating multiplication flash cards with models to exploring equal groups and using class dollars to make sense of multiplication and division, students are engaged and making meaningful connections. We love seeing collaboration, conversation, and hands-on learning throughout our classrooms! 📚✏️➗
