Yesterday, members of Kinston's WSSU Alumni Chapter gathered at Greene Central High School to celebrate an exciting milestone and support one of our own. We were honored to welcome our newest Ram, J. Wilson, on his signing day as he officially committed to furthering his academic and athletic journey at the illustrious Winston-Salem State University.

The Ramily continues to grow, and we are proud to celebrate and welcome another future student-athlete to the legacy. Congratulations, J. Wilson — once a Ram, always a Ram! 🐏❤️

WSSU Scholarship Opportunity! 🎓❤️

We are excited to share a scholarship opportunity for seniors in Lenoir County who plan to attend Winston-Salem State University in Fall 2026.

The Kinston Chapter of the WSSU National Alumni Association will be awarding scholarships to selected incoming freshmen to support their educational journey at WSSU.

Please review the attached application for eligibility requirements and submission details. All completed applications must be submitted by March 31, 2026.

We’re excited to invite you to the Rams on the Road Reception in Greenville, NC — happening tomorrow, April 22 at the Hilton Greenville!

This special evening will include a floating reception with the Chancellor from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM, allowing us to connect, celebrate, and show our Ram pride right here in the East!
