✨Fifth grade students put the Law of Conservation of Mass to the test today! They carefully weighed their materials before and after a change—like weighing a whole cookie, crushing it into pieces, and weighing it again to see if the mass changed.

💡 The big takeaway? Even when matter changes shape or form, the total mass stays the same. Matter isn't created or destroyed—just rearranged! 🐾

We’re wrapping up our 90s Staff Spotlight with some of the flyest folks behind the scenes! 😎📼

Our Bookkeeper & Data Manager keep the front office running smooth as butter and greet everyone with smiles and good vibes! 💻😊

Our Custodial Staff are off the hook, working hard to keep our school safe, clean, and ready to roll every day! 🧹✨

And our amazing Child Nutrition Staff? They’re all that AND a bag of chips! 🍎🥪 They keep our Bulldogs fed, cared for, and feeling the love every single day. 💛

These behind-the-scenes rockstars may not always be in the spotlight, but they are absolutely the real MVPs keeping Banks running smooth. 💙

Thanks for taking this blast from the past with us as we celebrated the amazing people who make our school FRESH every day! 🐾

💙⚡Thank you to all of our amazing Banks families who came out last night! We loved seeing so many familiar faces and welcoming new ones. We also want to thank our generous donors who purchased school supplies for our students and staff and our fabulous Banks PTO who gave each of our teachers $100 to spend on their classrooms! Lastly, we want to thank our North Lenoir High School student volunteers who assisted our staff and families during orientation. We’re so ready for another totally rad year at Banks Elementary! 🐾💛
