Here are a few important reminders and upcoming events:
📚 Scholastic Book Fair – September 8–11
Our Scholastic Book Fair opens on Tuesday, September 8th! Shopping hours will be 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. each day. We will also have an extended shopping day on Thursday, September 10th, from 3:00–6:00 p.m. We hope you will stop by and find a few new favorites!
🇺🇸 Title I Parent Night, PTA Meeting & Patriot Day Program – Thursday, September 10th
Please join us Thursday evening at 6:00 p.m. for our Title I Parent Night and PTA Meeting. Following the business portion of the meetings, our 4th and 5th grade students will present our Patriot Day Program.
Students participating in the program should wear a red, white, or blue shirt with jeans or khaki shorts, skirts, or pants.
📸 Fall Pictures – Friday, September 11th
Students will take their Fall Pictures on Friday! These pictures will also be included in our yearbook, so we encourage everyone to wear your best and bring your biggest smile!
👵🏽👴🏽 Grandparents Day – Monday, September 14th
We will celebrate Grandparents Day on Monday, September 14th! Please be on the lookout for more information coming home next week in your child's folder.
🇺🇸 Labor Day Reminder
A reminder that Monday, September 7th, is Labor Day, and all Lenoir County Public Schools will be closed. We will resume our normal school schedule on Tuesday, September 8th.
